- marine motion tracker has been dumped down to a less complex version with just one sound; should be less annoying now for people who want to play with that sound on
- spear initial damage now ignores enemy armor rating
- sentry gun ammo reduced to 50 down from 100
- multifunctional hud autocast removed
- titanium rounds renamed to titanium casing
- thorium rounds renamed to thorium casing
- titanium claws, titanium blades and titanium casing damage increase removed and added attack speed increase of 10%
- titanium shell, titanium body armor and titanium armor armor rating increase removed and added movement speed increase of 0.15
- shrapnel rounds area damage now has 50% armor penetration up from 0%
- armor penetration rounds damage reduce changed to 60% down from 87,5%
- area of effect enhancer now has 20% armor penetration added to its effect
- swift claws chance of damage increased to 17.5% up from 5%; also added 30% armor penetration on the effects damage
- tritanium blades chance of damage increased to 20% up from 10%
- shock armor damage reflection increased to 30% up from 10%
- regenerative shell chance to heal increased to 15% up from 6%
- experimental body armor speed increase removed; added 0.25 energy regeneration per second; increased life regeneration 1 per second up from 0.5
- many ability description, tooltip and help text changes

- added a new map: Maze; temple based style, uneven map layout, no vent/tunnel for Alien players, randomly opening and closing doors, slower paced game
- minor overall improvements
- general optimization of code

- fixed all hotkey related bugs (finally)
- fixed a trigger bug
- fixed leaderboard/preferences button frame alignment
- relocated the experience bar to the player/target frame
- changed "Enhancements" to "Equipment" for more distinctive understanding of the function
- multiple layout changes for the equipment window

- completely reworked leaderboard
- removed window for ratings, integrated information into the leaderboard
- tactical information now increases the damage and the armor of your leader by half of your heroes level, still stacks up to 4 times, global damage and armor cap is +50
- predator net gun snare reduced to 3 seconds down from 4 seconds
- fixed a calculation bug for armor penetration rounds, now dealing the correct amount of damage
- various spelling corrections and changes

- overall code optimization for slightly better performance

General
- Predator Carrier renamed to Mothership
- fixed leader damage; all leaders deal the same damage within the same time frame now
- slightly increased the size of Predators (players) and slightly reduced the size of Marines (players) and Aliens (players)
- doors on Maze map will open/close in shorter intervals now; 5 seconds instead of 8 seconds
- heavily changed Biodome map layout due to the new zone features
- updated tunnel map image
- synchronized wave and zone timers
- many more small adjustment and fixes

Reworked zone capturing mechanics:
- players get an UI for capturing zones when a hero walks onto a zone
- capturing takes 10 seconds and the hero is not able to interact in any other way during that period of time
- heroes will get decloaked und unburrowed when starting to capture a zone

Reworked zones for Biodome map:
- added 3 new (minor) zones with unique zone wide effects
- Med Bay grants a healing aura; 1 hp per second, increasing its rate by 0.1 per unit level
- Reactor Room grants a damaging aura (to enemies); deals 2 damage per second, increasing its rate by 0.2 per unit level
- Bio Dome grants a 5% movement and attack speed aura, increasing its rate by 0.5% per unit level
- leader (major) zones have different global effects depending on the zones location
- Operations Center grants vision to 14 surveillance cameras
- Research Lab reduces revive timer by 10 seconds (can't get lower than 3 seconds though)
- Hangar Bay grants 2 additional NPC units for waves
- zones grant +1 (minor)/+2 (major) bonus upgrade charges for the owning team when the zone timer expires
- on Ruins and Maze maps the major zone still grants +3 bonus upgrade charges (no change)
- added preferences option to show/hide zone labels
- changed F12 help information for zones
